Global Fitness fitchburg
Not long after the successful completion of the Global Fitness Leominster renovation, DCM was hired to provide Construction Management services for Global’s Fitchburg renovation. Once a 2-story, 24 hr/day facility, the owner decided to condense the gym to a single floor so they could lease out the first floor. This nearly 10,000 s.f. renovation included conversion of the architectural motif similar to Leominster, construction of new individual co-ed changing and shower rooms, new lighting throughout, an architectural feature wall for selfies, a new reception, and an updated Group Fitness room.
