Dube Construction Management was founded in January of 2021. The company’s Vision, Mission, and ‘Do’ and ‘Be’ Principles center around making construction outcomes predictable, efficient, and enjoyable for stakeholders. Created from Owner Tom Dube’s own business and management style over the course of his then 25+ year career, these tenets have guided hundreds of successful projects and project teams.

Over the 3+ years since DCM’s formation, the company has grown from a single employee operator to a staff of 5 professionals with a variety of skillsets but one common objective – to provide an exceptional customer experience steeped in providing value which will build our reputation and create a virtuous cycle of referrals and future business.
